This report was written for my JUS 301 class which is a required course for Judaic Studies majors at the University of Arizona. The midterm assignment was to define and explain the significance of four chosen vocab terms and write a five page paper answering an essay question. The question for this paper was: How were the Jewish people able to survive and adapt after the destruction of the Second temple?

Final Paper

This report was also written for my JUS 301 class. In this paper, we were given four more vocab terms to define and analyze. I also had to answer another essay question. The topic for this paper focuses on the historical roots of Zionism, which is a movement formed over that last two centuries focused on the re-establishment and development of Israel.

Camper Program

Handout

While working at a Jewish summer camp in 2022, I had the pleasure of serving as a cornerstone fellow after attending a conference in Pennsylvania. I was required to develop and lead a program throughout the summer focused on teaching the campers something of my choosing. My topic of choice was to teach Torah. In this program, I focused on a Torah portion where Moses doubted his abilities, but was reassured through compliments and support. The program focused on having each camper write compliments to every other camper until each person had received a compliment from everyone.
